A hugely successful charity Christmas Holly Ball was held just before Christmas, raising nearly £1500 for Yorkshire Cancer Research.
The event, sponsored by Ilkley’s Virtual College – pioneers in e-learning since 1995 – was again organised by Mann Made Events and sold out last October despite the continuing difficult economic climate. Nearly 250 guests danced the night away to live music from Soul Rights and local DJ Rod Hepworth.
Mann Made Events would like to thank everyone involved in making the evening such as success – the guests who attended the event and the many local and national companies who supported it.
Plans are already underway for this year’s Holly Ball, which will be the 25th anniversary of the Christmas Ball in Ilkley and is to be held on Saturday 10 December at the Craiglands Hotel in Ilkley. Virtual College have very kindly agreed to be the Main Sponsor of the event again this year and their generosity is much appreciated.
